Don't get stuck in a hairstyle rut--try one of these easy hair styles that make morning routines easier yet still help you look polished, presentable and professional.
Ponytails
Ponytails are one of the quickest hair styles possible. Brush your hair back and gather it together. Add a clip or rubber band and you have a basic ponytail. However, this style also tends to look somewhat drab and boring. Try adding some twists or braids to spice up a ponytail while keeping it easy to achieve.
Braids
Braids are almost always lovely hairstyles if done properly. It may take awhile to get the exact braiding technique down, but once you know how to do it, your hair will take only minutes to style. Don't forget you can also do a French braid, or twist your braid into a bun.
Curled
The easiest way to add a little curly fun to your hairstyle is to focus on the ends of your locks. You can curl the ends inward to add volume, or curl the ends outward to add sharp lines. Bobs and shag cuts are fun to play with using curls at your hair ends, and can take on a huge assortment of different looks.
If you have naturally curly hair, just let those curls bounce for an easy style. Use a curl enhancing hair product to keep the strands from frizzing. Add a little hairspray or smoothing serum to create spirals for a flirty way to really show off the shine. Avoid getting bangs, they'll just poof out and be a constant problem.
Chopped
For an easy look that you only have to spend a minute creating, go for a short, chopped hair style. If you want something a little funky, use an uneven razor cut to create a rough silhouette. Even or uneven, a super short cut usually only needs a tiny amount of attention. Wash, dry and you're ready to go. You can use a little gel to help create spiky ends or a little silk serum to make it sleek with a great shine.
