Honey is a sweet food that is produced by bees from the nectar of flowers. It is an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agent, effective at treating skin inflammations such as eczema and good at preventing staph and yeast infections that cause diaper rash. Honey is also a natural humectant, attracting moisture from the air to your skin. It makes a terrific addition to homemade spa treatments.
