1/4 cup distilled water
1/8 teaspoon borax
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon shaved beeswax

1/8 teaspoon lecithin
1/2 cup aloe vera gel

Mix together water and borax and heat until almost boiling. In a separate cook pot, mix oil and beeswax heating slowly on low heat until wax is melted. Slowly add the borax and water mixture to the melted oil and beeswax, stirring briskly with a wire whisk. While whisking, add the essential oil, a few drops at a time, until the desired scent is achieved. Let mixture cool down to room temperature. Once the lotion is room temperature, add the aloe vera and whisk to blend fully. Pour into a storage container of your choosing.
