Try massaging those areas. You can try essential oils of juniper, rosemary or cypress, thought to help reduce fluids in your body, as part of your massage. While aromatherapy and massage have not been clinically proven to reduce cellulite, the massage process itself may cause swelling, which might lead to your skin having a smoother appearance temporarily.
Do Your Research
If you decide to spend money on treatments, do some investigating before you buy. Most products that are offered have not been clinically proven to reduce the levels of cellulite that you have, although some may temporarily improve your appearance. In fact, some products and procedures, such as liposuction, can actually make your cellulite look worse. Do your research and make sure that the results are worth the money that you are investing.
