A yogurt facial mask is wonderfully hydrating treat for stressed skin. Beyond the benefits you get from eating yogurt, it offers beauty benefits, too. In fact, many high-end beauty lines include many products that feature yogurt. It provides a dose of the alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) lactic acid, which helps exfoliate away dead skin cells that can dull your complexion and helps to increase collagen production. Because yogurt also contains zinc, it's good for soothing and healing skin, too, and can reduce inflammation, which is great for sunburns. After a yogurt facial mask, your skin will be hydrated, soft and smooth. Here are four great recipes for at-home yogurt facial masks.
