Two of the tenants of time management are that the tasks set out should be as realistic as possible and that the schedule should be revised as new complications within the project or demands outside of the project occur. It is best to simply revise schedules on a periodic basis. While this may not end up changing a project's due date, more of the tasks in the project may be delegated or adjusted.

You might want to set up some time management seminars for your employees so that they truly understand the benefits of learning time management skills. In addition to helping them with their professional lives, time management skills can be used effectively in their personal lives in the busy world in which we live today.
