Different Ways to Make Banana Pudding
Because pudding is intended to be smooth, you won't get the same feel to your banana pudding recipes if you chop up bananas and add them to the mix. However, you can use a food processor to puree bananas before adding them to your pudding. Once the bananas have been pureed, simply add the bananas to a box of vanilla pudding. You can also use banana extract and then add chopped bananas on top.
Banana flavoring can be added in the form of powder, also. Powdered bananas can be purchased in specialty shops. To make your own powdered bananas, dry the bananas first in a dehydrator, and then grind them with a mortar and pestle.
England may not be renowned for its food, but they certainly got it right with Yorkshire pudding. This quick and simple side dish is the perfect partner for a big, meaty roast. |
