Ingredients You Will Need:
1 pound ground chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 fresh lemon
1 sweet onion, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
Butter the insides of the buns. Set aside.
Peel and slice avocado. Squeeze lemon juice over avocado and set it aside.
Saute onion slices in butter until they caramelize. Set aside.
