Chicken can, and is, cooked in a myriad of methods around the world-- from baking to simmering to roasting. Chicken is used in soups, on pizzas and in sandwiches. But there is something different about creating the perfect grilled chicken marinade recipe and grilling chicken.

Barbecuing chicken can be an art that appeals to all of your senses, whether you are a newbie to your barbecue or a barbecue chicken expert. The beauty of grilling is that you do not have to be a great chef to have a terrific meal.

Be sure to marinate before grilling chicken. This will add to your sensory experience not only while you are cooking your bird, but while you are dining on your chicken later.
