

At your next party serve up a classic Mojito, or try a variation on the classic. Here are a few ideas on how to mix a perfect Mojito.
The Classic Mojito. This is the official cocktail of Cuba!
1 1/2oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
3-4 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
Combine lime juice, mint and sugar in a Collins or highball glass.
Stir gently to bruise the mint.
Fill glass 3/4 with ice.
Add the rum.
Top with soda (for variation, try using 7up, Sprite or Ginger Ale instead of soda). Stir well.
Blueberry Mojito:
1 oz White rum
1 oz Giffard Blueberry liquor
mint
lime juice
7-up
fresh or frozen blueberrie s.
Strawberry Mojito:
Ingredients:
3-4 leaves of Mint
2 Strawberries
1 1/2 oz Rum (non spiced, white)
1 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (or 1 Tablespoon of Superfine Sugar)
3 oz Lime Juice (Key limes, if available.)
Club Soda
1 Sprig of Mint to Garnish
