Ingredients You Will Need:
1 ½ cups grated carrots
8 large, pitted and chopped green olives
4 large, pitted and chopped black olives
2 teaspoons chopped bell pepper
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
In a nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow to chill for at least 30 minutes before service.
