Ingredients You Will Need:
1 lb. fresh pineapple
2 oz. peach nectar
4 chopped and seeded chili peppers
4 cloves minced garlic
3 minced green onions
2 oz. chopped fresh cilantro
Peel and core the pineapple. Cut into very small cubes. Place all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl and mix. Chill and allow to stand for at least two hours before serving.
