Even if you haven't had Ramen noodles since college, you might think of giving them another chance with this recipe.
Szechwan Sesame Flavored Noodles
Ingredients You Will Need:
1/2 pound Ramen noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
A few drops Szechwan pepper oil
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Boil noodles al dente, drain and rinse in cold water. Heat a fry pan with the oil; add noodles and flatten out like a pancake. When the bottom becomes brown and slightly crisp, turn and fry the other side. Remove from pan, and let cool. Place on a platter with side and sprinkle with the chopped green onions. In small bowl add the sesame and hot oils to the peanut butter a few drops at a time. Just before serving pour the peanut butter sauce over the noodles.
