3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
24 slices pepperoni
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

In a small bowl, stir together the pizza sauce, diced pepperoni and grated parmesan. Spread the sauce mixture over the pizza crust, leaving the edges bare. Sprinkle pepperoni over sauce, and then add cheese.

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup sliced red onion
¼ cup sliced yellow onion
¼ cup sliced green onion
24 slices pepperoni
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, or temperature specified by pizza crust packaging.

Place pizza crust on a pizza pan.

Pour oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Throw red, yellow and green onions into skillet. Cook red and yellow onions until they turn clear and start to caramelize, about three to five minutes, stirring frequently. Remove onions from skillet, and use a paper towel to pat off any excess oil or water.

Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust, leaving the edges bare. Place pepperoni evenly over pizza crust, leaving the edges bare. Spread onion mixture over pepperoni. Sprinkle cheese over onions.
