Ingredients You Will Need:
2 large, skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
¾ cup thousand island salad dressing
?" cup chicken broth
¼ cup chopped onion
?" cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup chopped pineapple

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour chicken and pasta into a 9- x 9-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the salad dressing, broth, onion and cheese. Pour mixture over chicken. Gently mix ingredients. Place dish in oven, and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove dish from oven, let cool a few minutes, garnish with pineapple and serve.

Easy Baked Chicken Recipe With Salsa
Ingredients You Will Need:
4 large, skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup guacamole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in a 9- x 9-inch baking dish. Pour salsa over chicken. Place dish in oven, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The chicken is done when a meat thermometer registers at 180 degrees. Remove dish from oven, and let cool for five minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and a dollop of guacamole, and then serve. Also tastes great with sour cream, Monterey jack cheese or pepper jack cheese.

Creamy Swiss Mushroom Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients You Will Need:
2 large, skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup uncooked rice
1 10-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
¼ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced carrots
¼ tsp ground black pepper
6 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour the chicken and rice into a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix the soup, water, celery, carrots and pepper. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Place dish in oven, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven, and gently stir well. Place chicken back in oven, and cook for 10 more minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and rice is tender.

Remove dish from oven. Place slices of Swiss cheese evenly across the top of the dish. Let cheese melt, and serve.
