Take two cups olive oil, one cup dry white wine, four finely chopped shallots, two tablespoons soy sauce, two finely chopped cloves garlic and ½ teaspoon paprika. You can also add salt and pepper to taste. Combine the ingredients and pour it over the fish. Let it marinate for at least two hours before cooking.
