Easy Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Almost any shrimp Alfredo recipe is much easier to make than it looks. Of all the seafood Alfredo recipes out there, shrimp has to be the quickest and easiest. Because shrimp cook so fast, you get in and out of the kitchen in a flash. A good recipe for shrimp Alfredo can become one of those meals you just have to whip up at least once a week.

Easy Shrimp Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients You Will Need:
1/4 cup butter (cubed)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 lb uncooked, peeled and deveined small shrimp
1/2 cup cream cheese (cubed)
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked fettuccini (16oz uncooked)

Place the butter in a large skillet and turn heat to medium. Add minced garlic and let butter melt. When the butter has completely melted, toss in the shrimp. Saute the shrimp for 2 minutes or until just cooked. Remove shrimp from skillet and place in covered bowl.

Add the cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt to the butter in the skillet. Turn heat to low and stir until cheese is completely melted. Add shrimp to skillet and stir until shrimp is hot again. Remove skillet from heat, pour mixture over cooked fettuccini and serve.

Makes 4 servings.

Place the butter in a large skillet and turn heat to medium. Add minced garlic and let butter melt. When butter has completely melted, toss in the shrimp. Saute the shrimp for 2 minutes or until just cooked. Remove shrimp from skillet and place in covered bowl.

Add the cream cheese, milk, parmesan cheese, pepper and salt to the butter in the skillet. Turn heat to low and stir until cheese is completely melted. Add shrimp and artichoke hearts to skillet and stir until heated. Remove skillet from heat, pour mixture over cooked fettuccini and serve.
