1 pound turkey tenderloin
¼ cup of olive oil
1 orange, thinly sliced or ?" cup orange juice
1 ½ tsp oregano
½ medium onion, diced
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Place the tenderloin and all other ingredients in a large freezer bag. Refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours. Once marinating is completed, transfer the turkey to a glass baking dish. Broil the turkey for 10 to 20 minutes, turning once.

Broccoli Cheesy Turkey Tenderloin
Ingredients You Will Need:
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ lbs. turkey breast tenderloins
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 can of cream of broccoli soup, condensed
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups of cooked rice

Melt the butter in a skillet, and add the turkey and onion, stirring occasionally. Brown the turkey on both sides. Stir in the cream of broccoli soup, and reduce the heat. Cover the skillet, and simmer the tenderloin for 20 minutes. Add the cheese, and stir until melted. Serve over the rice.

Barbeque Tenderloins
Ingredients You Will Need:
1 pound of turkey tenderloins
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bottle of commercial barbeque sauce

In a glass baking dish, distribute the tenderloins, onion and bell pepper. Cover the mixture with the barbecue sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, basting at the 10-minute and 15-minute mark.
