Healthy recipes for one that include fruit, honey and nuts, such as the following dessert, taste delicious but won't expand your waistline.

Caramelized Bananas
Ingredients You Will Need:
1 large banana, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
1 orange, peeled and sliced
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Place the banana into a small baking dish, and spread the orange slices over it. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Place into the broiler for about five minutes to heat the fruit through, but do not brown it.

If you feel imaginative, pour a tablespoon or two of brandy over the dessert, and flame. You could also add a little whipped topping, peach slices instead of oranges or a drizzle of chocolate instead of honey.

Kahlua Tiramisu
Ingredients You Will Need:
6 small ladyfingers
1 egg yolk
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
?" cup whipped cream
1½ teaspoons water
¼ cup instant espresso powder
2 tablespoons Kahlua
½ ounce semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 fresh peach, sliced thin
¼ cup pecans, whole

Arrange the ladyfingers in a row on a baking sheet, and toast for 10 minutes in an oven that has been preheated to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from heat, and set aside while you whisk the egg yolk and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the cream cheese, and whisk until blended. Carefully fold in the whipped cream, being careful not to overmix.

Pour the water into a measuring cup, and add the espresso. Whisk to blend. When the coffee has dissolved, add the Kahlua. In a separate cup, combine the chocolate and cocoa.

Put one heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a large wine goblet. Place three ladyfingers on top of the cream cheese and then add one layer of sliced peaches. Add about four teaspoons of the Kahlua mix on top of the ladyfingers. Add another generous tablespoon or two of the cream cheese mixture on top, and then cover with about one-fourth of the chocolate mix. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Garnish with the remaining peaches, chocolate and pecans.

Cover the tiramisu, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
