Banana Pudding

This rich banana pudding is the perfect ending to any meal. The best part is, it couldn't be easier to make.

Banana Pudding
Ingredients You Will Need:
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
6 firm bananas, peeled and cut into ΒΌ inch slices

Combine the flour with the brown sugar and stir in the milk. Put in a medium sized pot and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. In a bowl, beat the eggs together. Pour about half a cup of the warm milk mixture into the eggs and beat vigorously. Then pour the egg mixture into the pot with the rest of the milk. Bring back up to a simmer, stirring constantly, and cook for about two minutes. Let the mixture come to room temperature and then fold in the whipped cream. In a large glass bowl, spread half of the pudding on the bottom and top with half of the bananas. Repeat with the rest of the pudding and bananas and chill for at least two hours before serving.
