
At one point it looked like fondue had gone out of style for good. Now it's coming back with a vengeance and with recipes this easy and delicious, it's not hard to understand why.
Microwave Fondue
Ingredients You Will Need:
1 clove garlic, cut in half
1 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
¼ cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 ½ cups white wine
Rub the garlic cloves along the sides and bottom of a non-metallic microwave safe casserole dish. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and microwave on medium power for six minutes, stirring occasionally during the last three minutes. If it is not completely melted, put back in for another minute and repeat until it is. Serve with chunks of French bread, fresh veggies and apples.
