Peanut Butterscotch Bars
Ingredients You Will Need:
ΒΌ cup butter
1 12-ounce package butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanuts, roughly chopped
1 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Put a large metal bowl over a pot of boiling water on the stove. Make sure the water is not touching the bottom of the bowl. Add the first four ingredients to the bowl and gently stir until they melted and combined. Mix the graham crackers and peanuts in another bowl and pour the butterscotch mixture on top of it. Mix together and place in a greased 9x9 baking dish. Refrigerate until it is set, at least 4 hours. When they have set, remove the bars from the refrigerator and place the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir, if it's not completely melted, microwave for another 15 seconds. Dip the bars in the chocolate and let an excess drip off. Let the bars sit on the counter while the chocolate hardens. Once the chocolate is hard they are ready to be served.
