1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
½ cup brown rice cereal
1 cup mixed dried fruit
Toast oats and hazelnuts for ten minutes. Combine nectar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients are coated with syrup. Press into a greased baking pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
Recipe for Gluten-free Flourless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients You Will Need:
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup white sugar
18 squares bittersweet baking chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
6 eggs
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 10-inch baking pan with butter. Combine water, salt and sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Melt baking chocolate in a double boiler. Add butter and use mixer to beat butter, then eggs, into melted chocolate. Add hot sugar syrup and beat on medium until well incorporated.
Pour into baking pan and bake in a bain-marie (inside another baking dish, filled with one inch of water) for 45 minutes. Center will still look slightly wet. Chill in baking pan overnight in refrigerator. Serve cold.
