Walking
Speedwalking, walking up and down the stairs, and hill walking are all great aerobic exercises. These are especially appropriate for those who aren't looking for a huge bump in intensity, or those who don't want a huge sweat in their workout.

Cardio Machines
Simple put, any cardio machine can give you an effective workout in 10 minutes. Intensity is key. Take your choice at the gym or use what you have at home, such as a stationary bike.

Mixing Exercises
You don't need equipment or a traditional form of aerobic exercise to get a good workout in 10 minutes. Jumping jacks, jogging in place, lunges, ski hops, step jumps, jump rope, and other exercises may be combined for an effective workout anywhere.

Mix and match these exercises at 30 seconds to a couple of minutes to get a good aerobic workout. Remember to keep the intensity up to make your body work, thus giving you the cardio effect.  You can use these to supplement your normal routine, or even to build a cardio routine in these exercises themselves.
