You Will Need:
Ready-made foam shapes or template [TEMPLATE LINK]
Card stock
Glue
Glitter pompoms
Glitter glue
Scrap foam pieces
Ribbon
Felt
Cotton balls
Sequins
Hole punch and yarn, optional
Instructions:
Use ready-made shapes or the template to create the basic shapes out of foam.
Cut out stars for Christmas trees out of card stock or felt.
Set up bowls of sequins, pompoms, ribbon, cotton balls and other decorative items.
Give your child (or each child in a class setting) some glue and glitter glue to decorate their foam shapes.
You may want to punch a hole at the top of the decorations and thread with yarn, if you want to hang the decorations on a tree.
