Glue the four 6-inch dowel rods together to form the shape of a tepee. Let them dry for at least 4 hours.
When the dowel rods have dried completely, wrap green tissue around them and glue the tissue paper together at the ends. Let dry.
Lay the tree down and decorate with sequins by gluing them in place.
Cut a star shape from a piece of yellow felt and glue the star to the top of the tree. You should use felt because it is lightweight and will not topple the tree.
