Construction paper
Feathers
Glue
Scissors
Instructions:
Cut a length of construction paper that will fit around your child's head. You may need to use two pieces of construction paper. Glue the ends together and let dry.
Cut out fancy designs with different colors of construction paper to glue on to the band that you just glued together.
Glue feathers to the inside of the band and let dry.
