This heart plaque wood craft is so easy to make and can mean so much to someone you love. It is sure to put a smile on anyone's face with its natural wood finish and bright-colored embellishments. There are many ways that you can decorate your heart to make it unique.

You Will Need:
Wooden heart plaque, 6-3/4" x 5-1/2"
28 1/2" wooden hearts
Wood glue
Paint markers
28 similar sequins
Self-stick foam letters or other embellishments
Instructions:
Lay the small hearts around the border of the heart plaque to align them as you want. Glue them down and let dry.
Glue sequins on top of the small wood hearts and let dry.
Use paint markers to create designs on your heart. I used them to make a painted heart in the center and dots above each small heart. I also used a paint marker to make heart designs.
Use self-stick foam letters or any other items to decorate your heart as you desire.
