Nobody wants to believe their relationship is going up in flames, but if you can identify red flags in a relationship, you can save yourself a lot of time and pain. Once you know something's wrong between you and your loved one, you can work to remedy the situation. You don't want to avoid the signs and let things get so bad that the two of you break up on bad terms. If you spot the signs early, you can work on your relationship and hopefully save it from extinction.

If your loved one checks up on you all of the time, it's a sign they don't trust you, and if they don't want you with other people, they're isolating you from the world. This isn't healthy, and you should be on the lookout for such behavior.
