How to Make a Corn Hole Game

The Supply List
You will need to gather a few items before beginning the assembly process. Necessary items are:

Plywood, two pieces measuring 24 inches by 48 inches
2 by 4s, four pieces measuring 12 inches in length
2 by 4s, two pieces measuring 24 inches in length
2 by 4s, four pieces measuring 46 inches in length
4 Door hinges, no wider than 3.5 inches
Jigsaw
Protractor or three inches of string and a pencil
Drill
Phillips drill bit
Screws
Paint
16 7 by 7 squares of duck cloth or sturdy material
Sewing machine

The Compilation Course
Once you've rounded up the building materials and equipment, you can begin to construct the cornhole set. Follow these step-by-step directions:

Make precision cuts when cutting the plywood. Cut the 4' by 2' boards.
Measure six inches from the top of each board. Make a mark.
Measure in one foot from each side of the board. Mark.
Cut a three inch piece of string and attach to a pencil or use a large protractor. Place string on the mark and draw a full circle around the initial mark.
Use the jigsaw to cut out the circle.
Attach hinges on each side of the end with the hole. Measure in three inches and screw the hinge to the board. Do not let the screw poke through the plywood.
Measure and cut the one-foot 2 by 4s.
Screw these 2 by 4s to the other end of the hinges.
Frame the board by cutting a 2 by 4 and screwing these below the three sides of the board that do not have legs.
Paint the set, if desired. Decorating the targets adds a personal touch to the game.
Cut out 16 7 inch by 7 inch squares from the duck cloth or a heavy material. Eight pieces will be one color; the other eight will be cut from a different color.
Sew two pieces of the cloth together, leaving a hole big enough to fill with corn.
Add two cups corn to each bag and stitch shut.
