Start your computer with Windows XP as you normally would and click Start. From there you'll open up the Control Panel and choose Add or Remove Programs. It will boot to whatever operating system you have installed on your computer before Windows XP. At this point you may choose to either reinstall Windows XP or install a new operating system.
Keep in mind that programs which you installed while operating the Windows XP system will be gone. You will have to reinstall any programs that you want. Sometimes it isn't possible to uninstall Windows XP. This may be the case if your previous operating system was something such as Windows XP home, Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0.
